4. In-App Purchases

Our Services may offer in-app purchases of virtual items or premium features.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items at any time
• Prices may change without notice
• Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store)

5. Advertisements

Our Services may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using our Services, you agree to receive such advertisements. You may have options to remove ads through in-app purchases where available.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in our Services, including but not limited to graphics, images, text, code, music, and sound effects, is owned by NoSpoilers or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use any content from our Services without our prior written permission.

7. User Content

If our Services allow you to submit or create content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our Services.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOSPOILERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoSpoilers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

• 虛擬物品沒有現實世界價值，不能兌換現金

• 退款請求應向各應用程式商店（Google Play 或 Apple App Store）提出

5. 廣告

我們的服務可能顯示由第三方廣告網路提供的廣告。使用我們的服務即表示您同意接收此類廣告。在可用的情況下，您可以選擇透過應用程式內購買移除廣告。

6. 智慧財產權

我們服務中的所有內容，包括但不限於圖形、圖像、文字、程式碼、音樂及音效，均為 NoSpoilers 或我們的授權人所有，並受智慧財產權法保護。

13. 準據法

本條款應依據台灣（中華民國）法律解釋並受其管轄，不考慮其法律衝突條款。

14. 可分割性

如果本條款的任何條款被認定為不可執行，其餘條款將繼續完全有效。
