By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of the Applications or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Services, the following information may be collected automatically, depending on the Application and the features you use:

• Device information, including device model, operating system, language, and screen resolution
• Advertising identifiers where permitted, such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple Identifier for Advertisers
• Application usage data, including sessions, feature interactions, in-app events, level progress, and gameplay activity
• Application crash reports, error logs, diagnostics, and performance metrics

The Services do not require account registration. You may voluntarily provide information by:

• Completing an in-app purchase through a supported application store where an Application offers in-app purchases

1.3 Local-Only Game Data

Gameplay progress and preferences—including levels, cultivation progress, inventory, skill collections, pet collections, settings, and other game-specific progress—are stored locally on your device. We do not operate an account server that retains a copy of this local game progress.

• To save and restore local gameplay progress

• To diagnose crashes, performance problems, and software errors
• To deliver and measure advertisements

3. Third-Party Services

Our Applications may use the following third-party services. Each third-party service processes information according to its own privacy policy.

4. Advertising and Advertising Identifiers

The Applications may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The advertisement format depends on the Application:

• Immortal Pickup! may offer optional rewarded advertisements in exchange for clearly described in-game benefits.
• HELP ME BLAST! may display limited full-screen interstitial advertisements after repeated unsuccessful level attempts. These advertisements do not provide an in-game reward.

AdMob may process an advertising identifier, IP address, device information, advertisement interactions, and approximate location for advertisement delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and compliance.

On Android, you may manage advertising preferences through:

Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID

On supported Apple devices, tracking permissions can be managed through:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

5. In-App Purchases

Immortal Pickup! may offer a voluntary in-app purchase, including a Supporter Pack. Payments are processed by the applicable application store. We may receive a purchase token, product identifier, and transaction status so that we can provide the purchased entitlement.

HELP ME BLAST! does not currently offer in-app purchases.

We do not collect or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.

6. Age Suitability

The Applications are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the information below.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Because gameplay progress is stored locally on your device, it can be deleted directly by you:

• In the Application: Use the reset progress or delete local data option where available. This action may be irreversible.
• At the device level: Uninstalling an Application generally removes locally stored game data, subject to the operating system's backup and restore settings.
• Information processed by Google services is retained according to Google's retention policies. You may also contact us to submit a privacy or deletion request.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled through the Services. The Applications do not require an account and primarily store gameplay progress locally, reducing the amount of player information retained by us.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to information associated with you
• Request correction or deletion of information
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Withdraw consent previously provided
